Auto wet bench RAC全自动清洗机

This bench can be made according to customers specification/requirements. 可全面适应于客户工艺要求进行定制。
This bench includes some modules as below 其整体设备一般由以下几部分构成：
1，Robot system 机械手传输系统；
2，Dryer 离心干燥系统；
3，Tank and pipeline 槽体及管路系统；
4，software and electronic controling system 电控及软体系统；
Robot system 机械手传输系统：
The 3rd-generation robot which newly developed by ZCAE was used in this machine, the position can be fixed with the deviation within 0.1mm and passed the stability test (1400h).设备采用智程自动化设备有限公司最新研发的第三代机械手传输系统，采用伺服电机+光通讯，同时传感器监测，可以做到定位精度0.1mm以内；且经过1400小时稳定性连续测试，不掉片。
Dryer 离心干燥系统：
The 4rd-generation dryer was newly developed by ZCAE with many advanced properties: silent, low vibration, wafer dried within 4 min, free of water mark, particle at 0.3um added <30 pcs. 设备采用我司最新研发的第四代卧式离心干燥机，噪声小，干燥效果好，4min内完全干燥，不留水痕，0.3um以上particle增加量小于30pcs
Tank system 槽体系统：
Tank system includes chemical tank, QDR tank, chuck clean tank. The function can be defined according to customer requirement such as shaking, heating, N2 bubble, ultrasonic wave.槽体一般由药液槽，QDR槽，和洗手槽构成。根据客户的需求定制，可增加晃动，加热，氮气鼓泡，超声波等功能。完全满足客户工艺需求。Software 软体系统：
Software with high openness, and can communicate to almost all the related equipments in customer side.设备软体开放性极高，几乎可以与客户任何其他相关设备互联。
RCA特点介绍
湿法设备应用于2寸-12寸清洗、蚀刻、去胶、显影、电镀。
机械手系统易安装，更新模块，各个模块单独的排风装置。
多种不同的清洗工艺:
RCA、IMEC、Pre -Diffusion. Pre- -Metal等。
全面支持SECS/GEM通讯协议。
各种蚀刻工艺，包括氧化物、氮化物、多晶硅金属、硅化物和硝酸化合物。
